The above amount has been processed all the way to RBI and from RBI to ICICI bank. Process has been stopped at the ICICI bank asking an amount of 8 laksh INR for COT code. Already for the entire process paid to amount of 5 lakhs. Since more than 3 years it has been stopped and some one claiming that amount or may be having fun with the amount. Not sure what is going on.
